About the job Sales Support Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Manage all sales inquiries (emails, calls & walk-in)
- Carries out administrative duties such general office management, data entry work, filling, answering phone calls etc
- Maintain proper filing systems, verification of documents and check data accuracy in orders and invoices
- Coordinate and arrange travels arrangement, VISAs, accommodation and exhibition
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE N Level or its equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
