About the job Sales Support Coordinator

Responsibilities:
  • Manage all sales inquiries (emails, calls & walk-in)
  • Carries out administrative duties such general office management, data entry work, filling, answering phone calls etc
  • Maintain proper filing systems, verification of documents and check data accuracy in orders and invoices
  • Coordinate and arrange travels arrangement, VISAs, accommodation and exhibition


Requirements:
  • Minimum GCE N Level or its equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment
