Job Description


Reporting to the VP Sales, the Sales Support Specialist plays a key role in managing the process of each individual sales cycle.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

. Creating and amending requests for quotations. Work with the Global Sales Director and Pricing Analyst as well as the VP Sales to ensure consistencies in customer proposals

. Maintain, answer and organize the communication platforms to the sales teams.

. Research new potential client opportunities

. Assist with client relationships on behalf of account executives, Regional Sales

. Maintaining an up-to-date sales report

. Communicate with internal sales teams across the regions

. Be the liaison between sales, purchasing, logistics and clients throughout the entire sales cycle.

. You have a minimum of 3 years customer service, or internal sales experience. Experience in the retail industry is highly beneficial.

. You have work experience in an international working environment.

. Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, HubSpot, MS Teams. Arriba experience is beneficial.

. You are a team player, happy to assist where needed.

. You are commercially astute and comfortable to communicate across all levels.

. You work well with change, able to quickly adapt and work with pace.

. You are fluent in English, both verbally and in writing. A second language is highly beneficial.

. You have affinity towards maintaining and managing the complete sales-cycle.
