About the Role - You will:
The Global TA Operations Specialist will play a critical role in bringing a creative approach to Operational efficiencies in TA. They will constantly review current and future SuccessFactors Recruiting implementation to streamline process and ensure program and operational efficiency. This role will support constant change and is someone who can be collaborative and manage tactical SuccessFactors implementation. As part of our global team, you'll be working with cutting-edge technologies and will have the opportunity to develop a wide range of new skills on the job.
Systems:
  • Partners with TA to implement recruiting system and program updates within established guidelines, standard operating procedures, best practices, and assists with troubleshooting for our TA Technology suite.
  • Develops a deep understanding of all HRIS systems utilized by the organization and makes recommendations to ongoing needs including new feature implementation, troubleshooting, system adoption, training, documentation, and governance.
  • Builds relationships and works closely with the organization's IT department to ensure successful system implementations, adoptions, and ongoing support and maintenance
  • Support implementation of innovative solutions in SAP SF that create efficiencies, improve candidate experience, and increase adoption.
  • Provide expert advice on SuccessFactors functionality that aligns with TA processes.
  • Work closely with the TA partners and extended HR team to understand requirements, design process and deliverables from these, conduct technical analysis of integrated or interfacing systems in the SAP SuccessFactors domain, prepare test scenarios and conduct UAT and work closely with HR IT team to deliver the projects

Compliance:
  • Support system and program updates based on determination by TA Ops Program Manager decisions with influential relationships with Legal, Human Resources, Human Resource Central, Data Privacy, Responsible Business Alliance, Compensation, and other compliance partners to solve for process/policy challenges
  • Maintain a knowledge of market developments as it obtains to technology, best practice processes and polices, and legislation
  • Establish and maintain document version control and an annual review process in partnership with stakeholders such as legal on all global documents including offer letters and onboarding documentation.


About you:

  • You understand that adhering to a strong recruiting process leads to great results
  • You have at least one end to end SuccessFactors project implementation and delivery experience
  • You have strong SuccessFactors skills with experience in in Recruiting and Onboarding and Employee Central module. Certification preferred
  • You are constantly looking at data to see where the process can be improved
  • You possess excellent communication skills and you are capable of presenting ideas as well as detailed information about opportunities
  • You understand that a job goes beyond a job description and are willing to lend a helping hand
  • You are highly detail-oriented and can keep track of multiple projects and priorities
  • You have a global mindset with strong business acumen
  • You have strong systems and process analysis skill


Your experience includes:

  • Understanding of HR/ TA systems, especially SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding
  • Ability to work in complex cross-functional settin
