Job Description

Enterprise Singapore is the new enterprise development agency formed through a merger between IE Singapore and SPRING Singapore. Enterprise Singapore will enable the growth of Singapore companies through an integrated support network to build business capabilities and access overseas markets.

The Enterprise Academy builds organisational capabilities for ESG to stay ahead of the curve. We attract and develop a bench of agile, innovative and collaborative future leaders for ESG, deepen organisational core competencies through learning opportunities, and enable the institutionalisation of knowledge.

Responsibilities

You will play a key role in building ESG’s organisational capabilities by recruiting and developing our most prized assets: our People.

You will be involved in a variety of tasks and provide critical support to our programmes and operations, as well as take charge of assigned initiatives.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Administer our signature training programmes including logistics arrangement, procurement, processing of payment and participant relations.
  • Support our flagship summer internship programme and boot camp for tertiary students.
  • Coordinate ESG Global Executive Scholarship (GES) and Management Associate Programme (MAP) selection process including the scheduling of candidates for interviews; compiling interview documents; and follow up on post interview work.
  • Support campus outreach events and activities, and engagement sessions for GES, MAP and Internship.
  • Serve as Business Partner to a group of scholars during their studies by providing advice on funding, internship, deployment etc.
  • In charge of the planning and coordination of our internship programme for new scholars.
  • Review work processes and continuously enhance service delivery as well as candidate/participant experience.
  • Provide administrative support to knowledge management projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience, preferably in talent attraction and acquisition
  • Can-do spirit, resourceful,innovative,collaborative and excellence oriented
  • Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
