Job Description

Senior Consultant/ Consultant, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO)

To support the Company in driving sales pipeline for Document Management System (DMS) and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) businesses within Asia.
Responsibilities :
  • Work with various countries entities to manage new business opportunities and the bid process for Document Management System (DMS) based Asia deals, and other Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) opportunities
  • Partner with various countries entities in the analysis and creation of account plans for major prospective accounts & contribute to account plans for nominated existing accounts. 
  • Support various country entities in the renewal of key DMS/BPO customer contracts in Asia. 
  • Develop revenue projections that feed into business cases to grow DMS multi-channel (digital) and inbound services across Asia.
  • Collaborate with various countries entities in securing new business within new/nominated major accounts in Banking, Financial Services Institutions, Insurance industry etc. 
  • Drive client’s strategic business planning processes.
  • Develop/Support conceptual, execute sales presentations, proposals, tenders/bids & commercial agreement
  • Training of BPO knowledge to various countries entities 
Qualifications and Experience:
  • 10 years sales experience in BPO - Business Process Outsourcing
  • Proven skills and experience, working across a diverse geographical area, teams, projects and industries. 
  • Highly developed problem-solving skills and experience 
  • Expert product and industry knowledge coupled with the ability to deal with clients and at all levels and translate client needs into a complete solution. 
  • Customer focused and highly refined relationship development skills. 
  • Interest in understanding trends in customer communication and business process automation. 
  • Good negotiation skills, persuasive ability, excellent communication & presentation skills, and the ability to interact at a strategic level. 
  • Strong commercial acumen.
