Senior Executive (Membership & Marketing)

Job Description

Responsible for all membership administrative matters. This includes, but not limited to keying in members’ information, maintaining database, follow up with members and liaising with members.
Basic planning and execution of branding, above-the-line, below-the-line, event and digital campaigns for Marina at Keppel Bay:

  • Management of website, social media platforms and e-newsletters
  • Assist in implementing marketing strategies, plans and budgets
  • Execute advertising, promotions and PR programmes
  • Marketing Admistration tasks such as stock management of marketing collaterals, data entry of marketing database, collation of reports, sourcing of quotations, and etc.
  • Ensure and produce all internal communications and signages and messages are up-to-date, eg: Letters, plasma screens etc
  • Coordinate with appointed agencies and vendors to ensure timely execution of marketing campaigns
  • Manage merchandise procurement and stock
  • Assist in designing and amendments works
  • Handle event logistics and set-up
  • Arrangement of media enquiries’ logistics
  • Any other tasks as assigned
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration/Management or Marketing preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of marketing administration and/or communications experience in website and social media management, events
  • Advantageous to have membership background
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Efficient in project and events execution
  • Sound design skills and exposure. Proficiency in design softwares (Adobe Photoshop/Ilustrator, etc) is required
  • Able to work proactively in a team environment and is results-driven
