Broad Function
  • Operationalise the WHC Patient Experience Framework initiatives
  • Develop and maintain currency of Service Training Programmes
  • Support Training Administration

Key Responsibilities and Duties
  1. Operationalise the WHC Patient Experience Framework initiatives with focus in the following areas:
    • Co-lead and pilot new patient experience initiatives/projects with stakeholders to develop appropriate service training and initiatives to improve patient experience and engagement, in preparation for hospital opening
    • Coordinate with various key stakeholders to ensure timely implementation of patient experience initiatives/projects in WHC
  2. Develop and ensure currency of Service Training Programmes:
    • Leverage online tools to create/curate interactive and learner-centric training materials/programmes
    • Co-develop service training resources and ensure their currency on e-platform(s)
    • Develop, update and maintain designated e-platform(s) for service training
    • Role may also include co-conducting in-house training or staff engagements where required
  3. Support Training Administration
    • Conduct programme evaluations to review and update service training curriculum
    • Adhoc support in various training administration tasks:
      • Plan and prepare training logistics, venue booking and materials printing
      • Track training utilization status and ensure timely, accurate reporting on training completion status for various departments

The key responsibilities may evolve as we ramp up towards Campus opening in 2023.
Job Requirements
  • Degree in any discipline from a recognised institution
  • Min 3 years of relevant experience in Organization Development, Training/Coaching, project management and/or programme administration preferably in healthcare, training & development &/or hospitality will be an added advantage
  • Have prior experience in Project management experience and Programme administration.
  • Familiar with learning management system, Workplace @ Facebook and/or other microlearning platforms will be an added advantage
  • Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills to manage cross-functional projects
  • Has tenacity to succeed in a dynamic, fast paced environment
  • Strong problem solving and project management skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Meticulous and results-oriented, with good time management
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Optimistic, confident, energetic team-player, self-motivated, and possess a good sense of adventure
