Role Overview:

Reporting to the VP, Head of HR - APAC, the incumbent will be responsible for assisting in the full spectrum of HR operations and payroll for Singapore and the regions.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and operational support for employee lifecycle activities.
  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing through outsourced payroll vendor, ensuring 100% accuracy and timely payments for payroll.
  • Performing background checks, preparation of employment contracts etc.
  • Handle onboarding & transfer administration for all staff movements (e.g. new hires, promotions, transfers, re-designation, resignations/terminations etc.)
  • Responsible for employee visa and immigration process, keep track efficiently of expiry, cancellation, renewal & conversion of work passes.
  • Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates etc.) in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met
  • Assist with submission of necessary government manpower surveys/claims/grants
  • Assist in Corporate Social Responsibility work and organise activities and events to increase employee bonding and engagement.
  • Assist, participate and contribute towards implementation of HR projects, strategies and initiatives, e.g. HR policies documentation, processes automation and implementation/roll-out of new HR Systems or Initiatives.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Key Requirements for this Role:

  • A Diploma in Human Resource Management
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HR Admin or full spectrum of HR functions
  • Strong knowledge in Employment Act & HR Processes
  • Must be familiar with MOM's work pass requirements and processes and related EP & WP online systems
  • Payroll Experience is a must
  • Able to start immediately or within short notice
  • Positive individual with excellent interpersonal & communication skills
