Senior Maintenance E&I Technician

We work in the local plant connected to our global manufacturing network to ensure the highest quality of raw materials, intermediates and finished products.

The Senior Maintenance Technician is responsible for operation and maintenance activities for IPT, but also for site if required. Operates facility management, utility and ACMV system in manufacturing areas. Supports execution equipment calibration and troubleshooting and maintenance as an E&I technician, including: Equipment inspection corrective maintenance and preventive maintenance. Additional experience in pharmaceutical tablet manufacturing facilities such as handling compression machine.


• Support day to day shift activity, with effective handing over of shift with proper communication.

• Provide technical support / assistance including fault diagnosis in close coordination with maintenance team, process team and external vendors to enable the process equipment to maximise their operation. Initiates follow-up corrective action to ensure continues safe and reliable plant operation.

• Executes maintenance activities with vendors, contractors.

• Execute ECC field work for equipment changes in pharm plant and support ACC changes if required.

• Ensures to complete training based on training program required. Continuously improves, simplifies, and optimizes documentation.


• Nitec/ Diploma in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electrical or Instrumentation & Control Engineering.

• 3-5 years of electrical and instrumentation maintenance experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

• Good oral/written communication and interpersonal skills.
