What the role is
As trustee of the nation's retirement savings, the Central Provident Fund (CPF) Board helps 4 million CPF members save for their retirement, healthcare and housing needs. Every CPF Ambassador plays a vital role in helping Singaporeans save for a secure retirement. Information Technology
IT systems form the backbone of our operations. We are looking for individuals with passion and IT expertise, to help us improve the delivery of our systems and services. The Board's IT systems support a high daily volume of financial transactions for CPF members. In addition to keeping the lights on, the Board also keeps pace with the external environment through innovation in its IT systems.

What you will be working on
The job holder will be part of the dynamic and resourceful horizontal team in charge of the various digital service platforms belonging to CPF Board such as the website and mobile app. He/She will be part of a cross-functional Agile development team, alongside designers and developers, to chart and execute the product vision of various digital services through reimagining user experience alongside business processes. These include website contents, online application forms, calculators, planners on the CPF website.

. Drive digital initiatives and enhancements to improve website user experience
. Provide consultancy to Product Owners through Agile/Scrum development projects, in the area of product vision, business requirements, change processes and best practices, which takes into account both CPF Board's needs and the value to CPF members
. Prioritise high-value features to be released to ensure maximum value in every release and alignment with product strategy
. Provide recommendations on the standards required for the acceptance of product, and propose approach based on the results of quality reviews
. Ensure adequate and timely testing support so that the product is ready for release
. Manage the digital platforms and its operations such as content publications review and approval, problem management, quality assurance testing etc

What we are looking for

. Good communication skills, and ability to work well with teammates as well as those from other business units
. Resilient to work under pressure, resourceful and ability to adapt and manage
. Some degree of familiarity with the following would be preferred but is not mandatory:
o Website and/ or mobile app management
o Agile/Scrum project management
o User experience/User Interface (UX/UI) design
o Business Process Reengineering
. Required to be on standby after office hours (including weekends and public holidays) upon activation.

Job Details

The Central Provident Fund (CPF) is a social security savings scheme jointly supported by employees, employers and the Government. Its basic purpose is to help CPF members meet primary needs like shelter, food, clothing and health services in their old age or when they are no longer able to work. Benefits offered are to help meet one or more needs of the CPF Member in his retirement. They include withdrawals by the Member for retirement, permanent disablement, home ownership and health care. The amounts available depend on how much the Member has saved in the CPF. The CPF Board are trustees for the CPF savings of Members. We aim to provide CPF Members, in a cost-effective manner, the widest range of quality services possible. We seek also to help employers pay CPF contributions promptly and correctly in as efficient and convenient a way as possible. Where we can, we make our assets and services available to help meet Singapore's social and economic objectives, thereby improving the quality of life of all Singaporeans and CPF Members.
