Job Description
. Work and liaise closely with regional product, tech and new business teams on the development and improvement of omni-channel solution
. Research on market needs for omni-channel management and translate them into key business requirements for the regional product team that will help shape product development
. Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders from partner brands and internal project team to ensure timeliness delivery of various milestones from design & development phase to testing & implementation phase
. Drive strategic partnership and relationship management of the key accounts and potential brands on the adoption of omni-channel solution
. Collaborate with stakeholders from commercial, traffic and marketing teams to optimize the growth of partner brands within the eCommerce ecosystem
. Work with key account managers to build and manage relationships with partner brands to enable sales growth via right omni-channel mix strategy, P&L budgeting, sales forecast, marketing spending etc.
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate will have experience in eCommerce strategy planning & operations, and experience in project management, couple with skills in effective stakeholder management, communication, people management and critical analytical thinking.
. A Bachelor's/ Master's degree in business, marketing, operations or any relevant degree.
. 5+ years of e-commerce, project management role or business management experience
. Good business judgement with hands-on experience in business and data analytics
. Effective communication skills with proven track record of building and managing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
. Advanced project management skills with the ability to manage project stakeholders, keep track of timelines of milestones and deliverables
. Understanding of operations on different eCommerce channels such as marketplace and independent webstores and able to plan the strategy mix accordingly
. Prior experience with digital marketing is a plus
