Responsible for the development and execution of SMB segment Marketing Programs and calendars across the portfolio of our fastest-growing 170+ International markets. Develop scalable strategies, programs & tactics that build a sustainable foundation for new market entry, elevate the brand and increase demands for our products.
  • Develop & own scalable segment programs end to end, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to take programs through planning, execution & reporting stages.
  • Be the subject matter expert on SMB lead generation, defining game-changing programs across paid, partner, direct & inbound channels.
  • Elevate the customer experience by developing full-funnel, cross-channel propositions throughout the merchant experience in order to achieve KPIs.
  • Experienced in designing, developing and launching iterative test & learning initiatives across the funnel to unlock new growth which informs future program evolution.
  • Leader by influence, comfortable to navigate in a highly matrixed organization to ensure segment marketing programs are delivered on time and on budget.
  • Clearly able to articulate the value proposition and key messaging to ensure programs reach the right customer with the right message at the right time, in order to deliver maximum impact.
  • Plays the Portfolio game to optimize resource allocation and program prioritization.
  • Partner with insights and analytics to identify new opportunities for growth and use these to inform marketingplans.
  • Partner with the inside sales teams to co-ordinate and optimize sales pipeline via marketingchannels based on sales targets.
  • Partner with Inbound Sales team to define, develop & deploy the inbound lead gen playbook to achieve shared KPIs.
  • Partner with the paid media team & agencies to develop game-changing programs thatmaximiseMarketing Qualified Leads, Revenue & ROI.
  • Partner with local marketing teams in LATAM & APAC regions to identify new opportunities for growth and elevation of existing programs across the merchant lifecycle.
  • Partner with in-country teams and key stakeholders to create and deliver best in classsegment marketing plans across the funnel to engage merchants and grow market share.
  • Manage the SMB Marketing segment budget with a focus on an optimal allocation across markets to optimise cost per lead & cost per activation metrics.
  • Owns the SMB marketing calendar across 10+ markets to keep upstream & downstream stakeholders informed and across progress.
  • Key member of the SMB Marketing Ops reviews to provide readouts on program lookback/lookahead.
  • Supports the Head of SMB & Partner Marketing with additional responsibilities as required.
