Principal Accountabilities
  • Drive APJ control tower platform solution design, governance and implementation, including but not limited to: E2E visibility creation, predictive / prescriptive analysis, alerts / exceptions, etc.
  • Drive demand planning excellence initiatives across APJ countries by using advanced analytics and data modelling techniques to improve statistical forecast and enrichment process.
  • Collaborate with country supply chain teams to identify specific requirements using different methods, e.g. interviews, workshops, and workflow analysis, etc and translate into supply chain solutions, while simplifying and standardizing for impact.
  • Prototype solution and manage expectation by proactive communication and collaboration with internal customers.
  • Digitalize the solution and run into continuous improvement.

  • Bachelor's Degree required in related field strong preference for fields of study in the data science, economics, statistics, engineering and management. Master's Degree preferred.

  • Years of experience
  • 8+ years of experience with different supply chain functions 2+ years of experience in a regional headquarter environment
  • Solid experience with modelling, advance data analytics techniques and BI tools, which may include at least two applications from R / Revo R, SAS, Python, Spark, and Tableau
  • Practical delivery experience in digital supply chain will be plus
  • Experience of working in sizable multinational company with matrix organization and intensive communication cross functions
  • Solid leadership skills. a proven ability to think strategically, drive continuous improvement
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the both of identity key trends and drivers and the proven experience translating financial data into meaningful concise explanations and presentations
  • Great career vision and strong ambition, determined, self-motivated and passionate
  • Good experience in ERP (e.g. SAP, Oracle)
  • Good expertise with the PPT and Excel

Eligibility Requirements
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time, including international travel
  • The position is based in Singapore.
