Being part of J&J Vision Care (VC) Asia Pacific (AP) Region, this role will report into the Senior Director Marketing, and shape scalable, consistent strategy, and marketing plans for Acuvue across the seed markets (India + South East Asia), unlocking them as a key source of future growth for JJVC AP. Job Responsibilities Wearer understanding- leading and shaping the learning plan with GBI to understanding, predict and serve unique wearer needs Fit for purpose portfolio strategy (modality, sub brands, pack s) to serve the markets Set up and drive data driven ecosystem of professionally connected commerce (PCC) for the seed markets keeping in mind unique eye care practitioner (ECP) and customer landscape for these markets Unique consumer, ECP landscape in seed markets that requires tweaking/ augmenting existing data and marketing models Look at brand building partnerships across the markets, both internal and external. e.g., Google power partnerships externally Deliver consistent communications approach (integrated marketing messaging) for consumer and eye care professional audiences across multiple mediums including digital. Conceptualize and design integrated marketing communications plan in partnership with key global and country leads, global brand leads and global agency partners. Coach and develop local marketing teams in seed markets Big idea/ campaign development representing the cluster's patients, customers, and business needs. This includes both product and master brand, consumer, professional and commercial assets. Qualifications Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing, in a consumer facing business/ brand Experience of working in India + South East Asia (preferably both in local and regional roles) Ability to work in matrix environment Ability to influence cross functional stakeholders (across levels) Successful track record of delivering market entry, expansion, partnerships, and brand building Demonstrated experience in brand building with Gen Z consumers Experience in marketing to professionals will be an added advantage Ability to shape vision, strategy and execute with evidence/ fact based mindset to pivot plans with real time/ informed learnings Commercial experience in India/ South East Asia will be an added advantage Strong leadership, communication and influencing skills, Agile mindset & strong analytical skills. to different cultures and markets.
