Business Function
Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Responsibilities:

  • Perform processing of transactions relating to customer claims following the internal guidelines on maker and checker process.
  • Liaise with business units such as branch/ Customer Centre.
  • Review details and identify discrepancies in related documents.
  • Ensure that customer’s claims are attended to on timely manner and closed within the defined turnaround time.
  • Escalate any customers complain to the supervisor or team manager immediately.

Requirements:
  • A Diploma/ Degree holder with at least 2-3 years of experience in banking operations
  • Proficient in PC skills including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, calmly and patiently with internal customers & external customers.
  • Demonstrates good communication skills.
