Job Description



  • Establish Metric for service and product under management and get alignment with respective product manager.
  • Work closely with respective Product Manager to organize QBR with respective customer (internal/external) and vendor (internal/external) as applicable
  • Conduct monthly service review for product under management, with focus on key performance metric (SLA conformance)
  • Own service management process, including creating/maintaining/improving.Key Service Management process examples are SLA management, capacity management, change management, release management, incident management, problem management.
  • Manage existing project to ensure project objective, milestone are managed and monitored.
  • Work with business owner for Business Impact Analysis assessment for service continuity
  • Work closely with relevant body to ensure application catalogue are maintained in accordance to industry best practice.
  • Oversee and/or own the hiring and training process to ensure level of standard.
  • Own, maintain, and ensure inventory of hardware/software/technology stack is up-to-date, including outsourced component.

  • Internal: Application/Product Manager, Regional Site/terminal Manager/supervisor
  • External: Supplier

Requirement
  • This is a hands-on role, therefore prior at least 3-years experience in managing service management team is required.
  • Experience in managing multi-vendor, multi-platform product
  • Experience in managing hybrid remote and on-site team, across time-zone
  • Familiar or certified in ITIL Service Management.
  • Understanding of cloud technology, such as AWS, Azure is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill.
  • At least 3 years of experience in service management
