We have an exciting opening for a candidate to head the Country Product Management function, and as a key member to shape the product journey and product experience for our customers. You will be bridging the gap between product functional expertise and local context as well as customer needs. This role will help rapid product rollout across countries, ensure the adaption of product to work for all countries with appropriate configuration for local features, uplift the adoption rate and ultimately the experience and effectiveness.

The job level of the job can vary from VP to SVP, depending on the right fit candidate's experience and will be assessed post interviews.

. Build an exhaustive QA methodology to identify specific potential issues and problems in the localization process
. Develop processes to help improve the health of our product and work with different country teams to ensure a high-quality experience on our platforms
. Design and implement efficient and scalable end-to-end localization frameworks for multiple products
. Plan and manage localization schedules for multiple projects at a time, define requirements and manage timelines
. Provide reference materials, training, and support for internal and vendor localizers.
. Engage and build relationships with PD team and country teams build the local testing capabilities, and can potentially manage a local BPO team
. Ensure testing for localized text and graphics content
. Deliver user reminders across various branches and abnormal circumstances
. Analyze current pain points in workflows and tools, provide recommendations and scalable solutions back to Product teams
. Uplift the product adoption rate and time-to-implementation
. Uplift the cashier experience across various payment channels in the customer payment process.

Job Requirements

. Passionate about solving people's issues and good at generating insights (from actual local needs and context)
. Proven track record of leading and working with localization platforms, well versed in localization standards, frameworks, best practices, etc.
. Ability to reduce testing cycle time, enable quicker time-to-implementation, and uplift adoption rate for our products
. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with an ability to convey complex information and align the key message to different target audiences
. Great influence skills
