Our client is a well-established brand in the IT Services and IT Consulting Industry, they are now looking for a passionate and driven Service Consultants (Sales)to join their team.

  • Become the trusted advisor on document services to address the clients business environment and challenges.
  • Create and lead customer engagement to nurture and close MPS, DMS, and Mail and Logistics Services opportunities that result in incremental bookings and margins.
  • Qualify, pursue and close large-scale new services businesses.
  • Engage at C-level and develop a network of executive relationships within the end-user accounts together with account managers.
  • Understand customers industries and business environments to develop and implement account strategies to increase SOW.
  • Effective engagement with:
    • Account team local country sales and marketing teams and regional resources.
    • Professional services analysts, solutions consultants, projects, and delivery.
    • Prospect Check business directions and drivers, propensity to outsource/managed services/business partnering, identify important influencers/decision-makers.
  • Work on Business and Financial Models. Provide business rationale and risk assessment to management.
  • Lead contract negotiation and closure.
  • Maintain excellent customer satisfaction scores and relationships.

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Systems/Management.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent communications skills.
  • Strong customer service skills and aptitude.
  • Experience with print managed services industry.
  • A driven individual who strives for success and recognition.
  • Able to engage cross-functional teams toward a win-win strategy.
  • Able to multi-task on customers deliverables.
  • Possess a strategic thought process with problem-solving skills.
  • Energetic, dynamic with customer-centricity.
  • Able to strategize and build a strong rapport with customers.
  • Strong customer service skills and aptitude.
  • Experience with print managed services industry.
  • Possess good business acumen.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication (both verbal and written), and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrates understanding of the competition as well as good positioning & strategy.
