Job Description:
Our client is a leading IT service and solutions provider. Currently they are looking for Technical Service Desk Agents to serve their end client.
Duration: 6 Months contract
Location: Resorts World Sentosa
Shift Work: 24X7
Responsibilities:

  • Logging and Processing Incident, Service Request and enquiries on IT related calls and Emails
  • Do follow up calls / emails to our users for all outstanding tickets.
  • Escalation to L2/L3 support groups after logging tickets
  • Possess knowledge of IT Hardware and Software
  • To follow up on the progress of the issue until closure, in order to provide good customer satisfaction.
  • To perform administrative duties and assist in other IT related projects, as when required.

Requirements:

  • Min a Diploma in IT or equivalent is required
  • Min 1 year experience in Technical Helpdesk Support
