Job description
The candidate will participate in the research and development activities related to multi-scale, multi-physics and multi-phase fluid flow modelling in Fluid Dynamics department.
The scope of work includes:
. Develop research capability for multi-scale, multi-physics and multi-phase fluid flow modelling.
. Work closely as team for CFD code development and cross-domain application.
. Collaborate with industry partners, affiliated research institutes and other relevant stakeholders.
Job Requirements
. Bachelor or Master degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Civil Engineering, or other relevant disciplines.
. Having backgrounds in engineering (e.g. fluid dynamics, thermodynamics, heat transfer) and in numerical methods (e.g. Finite Volume).
. Proficiency in programming (e.g. Python, C or C++) and experience in customizing open-source programs.
. Experience in software usage for fluid dynamics application (e.g. geometry creation, meshing, solvers) will be an advantage.
. Good interpersonal and communication skills, ability to adapt and work effectively as a member of a team, good command of written and spoken English, resourceful and self-driven with a high degree of professional integrity.
