Looking for a Paid Search Specialist to support its digital advertising efforts globally. Must be passionate about Paid Search (SEM) and highly experienced in planning and executing Paid Search campaigns. You will be responsible for coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to manage campaigns through Naver, Daum and Google Ads. You will work closely with teammates in search engine optimization, display advertising, social media advertising, industry marketing, web analytics & insights, and other business partners. Position will be remote to start with
Manage the day to day paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Yahoo JP, Naver, Daum
Adapt campaign plans and media briefs into paid search strategies.
Optimize campaigns based on the identified KPIs.
Build new PPC campaign structures in line with objectives and best practices.
Conduct brand, non-brand and competitor keyword research.
Develop and iterate ad copy for Naver, Daum, and Google Ads.
Make use of ad extensions and the latest ad features to push forward results.
Utilize remarketing audiences to customize and personalize the user journey.
Use advanced bidding strategies to achieve campaign CPAs.
Conduct competitive SEM audits for industry and products supported.
Work with internal partners to obtain relevant approvals and align with wider marketing campaigns.
Interpret campaign performance and provide insightful analysis.
Coordinate regular reporting and planning meetings with internal stakeholders.
Meet with Naver, Daum and Google or Yahoo to help identify optimization opportunities and industry trends.
Work closely with other digital media teams to collaborate on cross channel initiatives.

Excellent written fluency in English and Korean or Japanese.
2 years in Paid Search Advertising (SEM/PPC).
Hands on experience in executing campaigns in Naver, Daum, (SEM/BrandSearch) and Google Ads.
Experience managing projects and working with cross functional teams.
Expertise with reporting/tracking tools (Adobe Analytics/Google Analytics 360).
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Ability to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Highly organized and self-starting.
Team-oriented; professional and collaborative attitude.
Ability to successfully build professional relationships inside and outside of the organization.
Diligent with a strong attention to detail and ability to solve problems.
Google Ads Certified.
Agency or enterprise experience, preferably in B2B sector.
Experienced in managing large budgets, forecasting spend and pacing ad spend appropriately.
Comfortable presenting data at multiple levels of the business and crafting compelling stories to influence decisions.
Eager to take on new challenges and see tasks through to completion.
