Job Description

About The Role
Social worker will be working with male juvenile offenders, between the age of 12 to 21, in an institutional facility.
List of responsibilities, but not limited to:
. Case Management, include conduct orientation, develop case intervention and monitor case progress
. Case administration and submission of reports
. Developing and maintaining a good working relationship with stakeholders, including parents and schools
. Having good knowledge and experiences with social work interventions and social policies
Reporting structure:
Reports to Head, Casework and Counselling Department
Candidate Requirements
Technical Competencies:
. Knowledge of specialized theories and techniques to assess a case holistically using the relevant tools within the organisation
. Ability to conceptualize and formulate case plan that is relevant, realistic and achievable
. Ability to engage stakeholders to develop solutions in community work.

Preferred achievements / characteristics:
. Degree in Social Work or another relevant degree from NUS or SUSS or other recognised university
. At least 2 years of experience in case management
. Advantage with prior experience working with juvenile offenders
