Solutions Architect (Kofax – KTA, KC)

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the accounts team to actively engage customer for all aspect of pre-sales activities to win enterprise software opportunities
  • Provide technical consultancy to influence C-Level decision makers to win the deal
  • Responsible for the requirement analysis, technical compliance, design, architecture, and risk assessment of the proposed solution
  • Responsible for technical presentation, demo, proof of concept, statement of work, bill of material and solution feature testing
  • Response to Tenders / Request for Proposal / Request for Information
  • Collaborate closely with the Project Management and Delivery and Support team to ensure a smooth transition to the Deployment Team for winning bids
Qualifications

  • Certified in areas of KC and/or KTA Certification(s)
  • At least 1-2 years’ pre-sales experience in participating in Government Tenders submissions
  • Good understanding of the Business Process Management (BPM), Electronic Content Management (ECM), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Portal and/or Collaboration solutions
  • Experienced in designing enterprise infrastructure (servers, virtualization, storage & backup) to support the solutions
  • Experienced in FSI, Healthcare, Education & Government vertical is an advantage
  • Certified in TOGAF, ITIL and related solution architect qualification is an advantage
  • 1 -2 years’ implementation experience in Kofax Capture (KC) solution and Kofax Total Agility (KTA) platform
