The Amazon Web Services (AWS) Recruiting team is seeking a talented, customer-focused Sourcer to identify and assess top talent for AWS team in roles across the ASEAN region/Korea. The sourcing recruiter will partner closely with the lead recruiter and their hiring managers to provide guidance on addressable talent pools and market conditions, create customized sourcing strategies, build pipelines, and source top candidates for assigned roles or designated skill sets to build pipeline.
The right candidate must be able to successfully manage, prioritize and source talents against a timeline or a project requirement and have experience managing multiple requisitions sourcing requirements or skill sets and understand how to prioritize to hit all customer SLAs. They thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment, can roll up their sleeves, work hard, have fun, and get the job done. The best candidates will draw on extensive knowledge of talent market and functional areas of the business, forging dynamic relationships with candidates, prospects and recruiters and hiring managers. They have a reputation for being exceptional at market research, candidate generation, prioritization, and understand the value of providing amazing customer service.
OBJECTIVES/DELIVERABLES
. Provide sourcing support to the recruiters to deliver the annual hiring plan per SLA.
. Generate talent pipeline per designated skill sets or talent profile against the metrics
. Work on specific sourcing project as per hiring needs and hiring strategy, such as talent mapping
. Manage a variety of sourcing channels and identify the most effective channel per roles or skill sets
. Explore and pilot innovative sourcing methods or new channels and scale up to operational level across the talent acquisition team
. Continue to find new ways of improving the effectiveness of existing sourcing channels or programs
. Optimize operational process flows and identify ways to deliver a consistent, scalable, customer obsessed recruitment experience to all stakeholders
Basic Qualifications :
. Bachelor's degree or equivalent post-secondary degree.
. 5+ years of solid track record/experience in corporate and/or search firm experience, with a heavy focus on sourcing and candidate generation
. Experience in building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive cold call and internet research.
. Experience in managing and prioritizing multiple requisition support and sourcing projects
. Ability to proactively network and generate lead and prospect candidates via a variety of channels
. Ability of locating the candidate lead and convert a passive candidate/ prospective candidate to a candidate ready for conversation with either a recruiter or a hiring manager
. Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision.
. MS Office - including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications :
. Hi-tech or fast moving industry experience preferred
. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
. CRM/ATS experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates
