Job Description


As the , you will be accountable for supporting affiliates on access and health systems policy challenges by building a strong global-regional-affiliates access interface and community to deliver access and health systems policy capability building and catalyzing best practices sharing.

  • Assess and consolidate strategic Market Access insights to inform strategic decisions through designing and managing internal as well as external research projects

  • Conduct systematic analysis of the reimbursement potential for our products/solutions in order to inform strategic decision-making in close collaboration with all relevant internal stakeholders

  • Setup and/or administration of strategic Market Access Insights database(s) (including relevant pricing and reimbursement information)

  • Identify payer needs and anticipate payer reactions to our products/solutions alongside the entire product/solution lifecycle

  • Contribute to Regional and Disease Area strategies through coordinating all relevant topicswith major internal stakeholders in Market Access affairs

  • Contribute to the development / adaptation of payer value propositions and perform gap analysis in order to inform the development of value stories, health economic models and market access toolkits in co-creation with the Commercial teams, specialist functions and country organizations

  • Facilitate experience sharing across Roche's APAC Access community and act as a coach for affiliates in matters related to their Access planning and execution

  • Contribute to the management of the Global Access Program

Who you are

  • Bachelor / Master Degree in business, finance, marketing, economics, health sciences, life sciences, public policy

  • 5-10 years of experience in the healthcare industry

  • Experience in a Market Access, Health Economics, Public Health and/or experience in working with Governments is a plus.

  • Demonstrated ability to design and lead capacity building strategies based on clear needs identification and understanding of the operating context

  • Demonstrated strong project management, coordination, teamwork, and planning skills, with proven ability to function effectively with multiple stakeholders.

  • Display excellent business English skills, with first-rate communication abilities German and Spanish are a plus, any other additional language desirable

  • You must thrive working in a fast-paced, innovative environment while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient

  • You have excellent interpersonal skills, ability to develop important relationships with key stakeholders, good conflict management and negotiation skills, ability to analyze complex issues to develop relevant and realistic plans, programs and recommendations.
