Our Infrastructure team provides the end-to-end managed services and solutions for the entire group's Internet infrastructure alongside running business applications. We excel in building the architecture, providing solutions, deployment and operations of data centers, connectivity, cloud, networking, servers, system, storage, software, platforms and security. As a Strategy & Commercial Specialist with a focus on International Connectivity in the Infrastructure team, you will work with a team of innovators and technologists, together to create next-level solutions that improve the way our business runs. You will help to develop solutions and have a strategic planning and selection of vendors for our networks, ensuring our Business needs are met in the short, medium and long term in the design and implementation of connectivities.

Job Description
  • Assist in planning, developing and implementing comprehensive IT infrastructure strategies tailored to the business needs and prospects.
  • Identify the market and technology trends that could be game-changers for IT infrastructure.
  • Work out solution proposal for a broad set of IT infrastructure solutions and services
  • Constantly analyse and improve the cost-effectiveness of the organization's IT Infrastructure, and make sure it aligns with the organization's business strategy.
  • Adopt industrial standards and best practices drive and govern related frameworks, SOPs and templates/checklists within the Infra team to optimize the organization's IT operations process.
  • Strategize, develop, and maintain good relationships with various vendors and partners build and maintain the vendor escalation channels to ensure project delivery and operational efficiency.

Job Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields of study include Marketing, Business, Computer Science or related fields
  • Minimum 3+ years of working experience as a Product Manager in International Data / Wholesale Space.
  • Prior experience at a telecommunication service provider, internet provider or System Integrator (SI) in a product or presales role is advantageous.
  • Working knowledge of one of the following technologies and/or products is preferred: IEPL/IPLC, Submarine cables infrastructure and consortia background.
  • Resourceful and well-connected to the main ISPs / CSPs
  • Experiences of working with Finance, Legal, Engineering, Project Manager, Procurement, and other cross teams and functions.
  • Excellent skills in developing and communicating strategic plans with stakeholders from various teams (both technical and business teams), backed with comprehensive knowledge of market dynamics and technology trends in the IT Infrastructure space.
  • Strong team player, able to adapt well to a fast-paced environment and strong sense of ownership.
  • Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders across regional, local and global teams to understand business challenges and opportunities
  • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin due to regional coverage.
