Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of support consultants to support customer on incident and problem tickets and ensuring proper root cause analysis and provide resolution.
• Support adhoc project requirements and work with Off Shore integration support team to support integration configuration and environmental setup. Provide support to Project related to Success Factors.
• Success Factors Learning Module, PM/GM, Employee Central support experience
• Familiarity with process mapping
• Experience of working with other SAP HCM modules
• Log all queries and requests on case management system and update system, as required.
• Be able to work under pressure in a fast moving and rapidly changing environment
• Able to priorities workload efficiently by applying effective timekeeping and adherence to rosters and schedules
• Uses professional and customer-focused approach to handle customer inquiries.
Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or Diploma
• 10 to 15 years working experience.
• 5 to 8 years of lead experience
• Good knowledge of SAP Success Factors Modules.
