About this role
The Transformation Group’s Experience Strategy team is looking for a senior Experience Designer with deep understanding of cutting-edge customer-centric design practices (Computational design, Service Design, data-driven experimentation, Design thinking, customer journey thinking). The right candidate will have significant experience operating design-led teams and engaging multiple stakeholders to solve complex user experience, experience design, culture and product challenges.
