Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the Design, Development, Unit Testing and System Integration Testing of assigned tasks
  • Involve in troubleshooting, optimizing and fine-tuning of the applications
  • Participate in defining system requirements, producing designs and building application system based on business requirements
  • Collaborating with Business Analysts, Project Leads & IT team t resolve issues and ensuring solutions are viable & consistent
  • Conduct requirement & justification studies
  • Prepare test data, plan and conduct feature testing, ensure that system improvements are successfully implemented and functional

Requirements:
  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
  • Has at least gone through 1 Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Proficient in programming experience in J2EE or any one of the frameworks – Spring, Hibernate or Struts etc.
  • Experience in software implementation, requirements gathering, systems analysis and functional design
  • Hands on experience in designing and developing applications using Java EE platforms
  • Administration experience in web application server and database is a major plus
