Talent Acquisition /Recruitment(12 Months contract) with global financial institution
  • 1-4 years of in-house TA/recruitment exp gained with established MNCs or conglomerates

Our client is a global and renowned financial institution. An opportunity is now open for a hands-on recruiter to join them in the HR department. This is a 12 mth contract and there will be a 2 mth completion bonus at the end of 12 month for a good performer.
Job Description:
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (main emphasis on intern and contract hires; occasional permanent hires) for Singapore and overseas offices
  • Partner hiring managers in the talent selection process including sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, advising on market updates/candidate movements and compensation benchmarking
  • Maintain a master excel file for global contract and intern hires; track start and end dates and compensation review (if necessary)
  • Manage and track internal employee referral programme and incentive payouts
  • Assist in campus recruitment activities (events and logistics planning) when required
  • Participate in HR system implementation project
  • Any other ad-hoc duties that are part of the mandate of the Talent Acquisition team.

Qualifications:
  • Degree qualification
  • 1-4 years of in-house TA/recruitment exp gained with established MNCs or conglomerates
  • Highly motivated individual and fast learner who can thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • Meticulous, resilient with the ability to problem solve
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in mandarin (for communication with Chinese counterparts) will be advantageous but not compulsory
  • Excellent time management and decision-making skills
  • Experience in using LinkedIn Recruiter preferred
  • Proficiency in SuccessFactors (or other ATS), Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint will be an advantage.
  • Can be committed to a 12 month contract.
