Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator provides critical support for Talent Acquisition Business Partners, for scheduling of interviews and Jobs bank processes.
Day to Day Activities:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates
Jobs bank processes:
- Managing and posting Jobs bank postings for all Singapore based roles
- CV screening of candidates on the Jobs bank portal
- Share Jobs bank monthly report with TAs for analysis.
The must-haves:
Degree or Diploma in any discipline
1- 2 years of experience in a support role, preferably in Talent Acquisition
Proficiency in English both written and spoken
Basic MS Office / Google Office Suite skills
Work well under highest pressure situation with maturity
Good interpersonal skills and well organized
