About You
We're looking for an individual with the ambition to be the best: an advocate to discover, engage and secure the best employees to realise our performance ambitions in the South East Asia region. While this is an initial contract opportunity, the role will be ongoing for the right person.

About the Role
As the Talent Engagement Specialist for the SEA Region, you will be deeply connected to the business in your markets that you support and partner closely with key collaborators in order to assist them engage and secure the right talent to unlock and accelerate business performance. The role will enclude end to end recruitment and allow you to lead as a strategic partner to we are strengthening our talent pools through internal moves and external hires.

  • Delivery of the talent agenda through proactive and reacting sourcing strategies to strengthen our succession and talent pools

  • Champion the Diageo Employer Brand and Diversity & Inclusion agenda across your region, implementing creative sourcing strategies to find the best talent for our business

  • Partner with key leaders and HR colleagues to develop best practice recruitment

  • Lead multiple recruitment processes from across the region, acorss all functions of the business and

  • Work with the broader APAC Engagement Team to build market knowledge and world class engagement strategies.

Experience required/Skills/Capabilities/Languages

  • A resourcing expert experience in handling multiple senior partners and candidates in a fast paced environment

  • Strong external radar and awareness of external standard methodology

  • Have well developed consultative skills and be able to influence action and change with partners

  • An ability to listen but also persuasively convey opinions and recommendations and

  • An ability to work in the most confidential situations gaining trust and respect from candidates and hiring partners
