RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team! You will be responsible for the entire employee (our Shoppers!) life cycle of our in-store picking teams (from onboarding, performance management, training, to offboarding etc.) with the target of building a strong and sustainable community of Shoppers and supporting the expansion of FFS operations.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth running of daily FFS picking operations
  • Responsible for driving onboarding processes and providing first point employee experience contact for all new hires
  • Work alongside the operations team in implementing training programs to ensure all new hires are well-equipped with the basic skills and knowledge to perform their role
  • Work alongside the business continuous improvement team in implementing training programs to ensure all Shoppers are trained on new tools usage and processes
  • Manage training programs for Shoppers to ensure their performance and quality standards are consistent across all stores
  • Administer and maintain Shoppers training records
  • Manage Shoppers performance and work quality
  • Develop and maintain picking training modules and materials
  • Develop and implement Shoppers engagement strategies to maintain a strong community
  • Create feedback platforms, gather insights from the in-store picking teams, and provide actionable feedback to the HQ team

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Diploma in Business Management, Business Administration, Human Resource or related field preferred
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, tight deadlines, independently or as a team player
  • Can do attitude and willing to learn
