Job Description

ROLE : Technical Lead for Salesforce CRM
  • Owns technical track feeding into Program plan, works closely with technical team
  • Works closely with program manager, and other project managers
  • Owns the overall solution blue-print and overall technology fitment success
  • Coordinates closely with all technical and functional tracks
  • Owns the high data-volume cloud strategy and approach
  • Primary liaison between Salesforce platform architects and RMG business SMEs
  • Owns integration and data strategy success
  • Reviews and co-owns all data migration and integration specs
  • Reference Architecture deliverable (continuous adjustments)
  • Delivers final development technical specs
  • Object Model
  • Global Security Framework
