Job Description
Troubleshooting application oriented issues which are hosted on Linux environment
Resolving the issue using standardized process and procedures
Escalate and report the service/system outages to next level of Engineers
Notifying customers
Creating incident tickets
Communicating with clients via Chat, Email and Phone
Update and close ticket on incident closure
Sending Daily Activity Reports to client
Update knowledge base
