Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Responding to support queries via chat or phone and onsite support
  • Providing technical assistance for questions and problems
  • Diagnosing system errors and other issues
  • Following up with customers to ensure full resolution of issues
  • Requesting feedback and/or monitoring calls and other methods of correspondence to improve training methods
  • Installing or changing software to fix issues
  • Remotely/onsite accessing hardware or software for clients to make changes and fix problems
  • Establish, develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders by providing high level support and engagement and maintaining consistent strong operational relationships.

Requirement in technical part
  • Understanding database structure, the relationship of tables.
  • Basic SQL query knowledge. (Select, Update, Delete)
  • Understanding/Experienced with the log file.
  • Experienced on the hardware driver such as printers and USB external tools.
  • Basic knowledge of css.
  • Understanding basic network knowledge such as IP address, router gateway etc.
  • Experienced on any hospitality backend software.
  • Involving any web application project in Working/Education will be advantages.

What We SEEK!

  • 1-5 years of helpdesk / support Experience. Freshers with a background in IT are welcome to apply
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English
  • Experience in communicating with clients through multiple mediums such as screen sharing, email and phone
  • Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
  • Solid interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Good time management capabilities
  • Team player with energy, flexibility, and integrity
  • Ability to work in shift timings, early morning / late nights.
  • Freshdesk or Zendesk experience will be advantageous
