Job Description

Job Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of outbound call experience.

Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.

Strong language proficiency to correspond with English and Mandarin speaking clients.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Engage and establish relationships with Prospects, from the daily-assigned pool of leads.

Conduct call consultation with the Prospect, and book appointments for him or her.

Call Prospect or Client, to remind him or her on the appointment.

Follow up and reschedule if the Prospect or Client cancels the appointment.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and service when speaking to Prospects or Clients.

Manage appointment cancellations and reschedule new appointments with prospects promptly.

Any other adhoc duties assigned by supervisor or Management.
