Temp Administartor (1 Year Contract)
Located Near Bouna Vista Mrt station, Office hours, Monday - Friday
Up to $3000
Job Description:

  • Efficiently handle calendar management and schedule calls/ meetings/Smart Rooms in various geographies and time zones. Capability to assist with meeting and technology set-up details (Teams/WebEx, A/V, connectivity, projection, technical assistance).

  • Assistance with coordination of ad-hoc global administrative-related tasks, departmental support and events

  • Book domestic and international travel, adhering to policies and guidelines.

  • Issue deadline reminders and do deadline follow-ups.

  • Resolve routine day-to-day requests from internal clients.

  • Collaborate with and contribute to Global HR functions/meetings and team initiatives. This may include HR meeting management, data consolidation and other defined projects.

  • Other Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirement:
  • At least 3 years working experience in administrative support

  • Demonstrates high level of proficiency in interpersonal and communicational skills

  • Demonstrates flexibility to adjust to changing situations.

  • Flexibility with work schedule based on business needs
