GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Primary Responsibility
The Change Business Analyst will support the execution and delivery of transformation projects across Risk Management, driving key activities including Requirements Analysis, Solution Design, and User Testing.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Participate in requirements workshops. Interact with various Risk users and other stakeholders to gather, document and review business requirements.
  • Analyse business processes and capture process flows, document As-Is and To-be processes
  • Document UAT test cases and support users in execution of testing and troubleshooting
  • Perform data analysis and analyse BOS systems to address dependencies for project delivery
  • Maintain repositories, log minutes and actions, and assist in follow ups
Qualifications
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
  • 8-10 years experience in change management in Financial Services, preferably within Private Banking
  • Knowledge of Credit domain is preferable but not mandatory
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall SDLC project management frameworks
  • Familiarity with Business Analysis best practices

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • University degree/ Diploma. Preferably in Finance/Business or IT discipline
  • Strong communication skills, written and oral
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Visio
  • Must possess intellectual curiosity, drive to improve constantly and possess strong adaptability in a rapidly changing environment
