Your Role and Responsibilities
As a UIUX Designer in IBM, You will:
. Coordinate with product management, design team and engineering to define and implement innovative design solutions that align with business direction and improvements in user experience
. Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design challenges. Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
. Illustrate all design ideas from concept to hand-off to engineering. Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
. Build wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, sitemaps and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
. Engage users/clients in the design process and evaluate user feedback
. Seek to establish and promote design guidelines, best-practices and standards
. Experience in creating prototypes, wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps. Proficiency in visual design, wire-framing and rapid prototyping tools
. Ability to communicate your designs and key breakthrough deliverables to peers and business partners
. Ability to think creatively while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
. Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
. Able to work independently (unsupervised) and as an active member of a team
. Experienced working in an Agile/Scrum development process environment
. Experienced in both creative agency and client-side environment preferred

About You:
. Design Thinking and human-centric problem-solving.
. Design Research, User Experience Design, Service Design, Design Systems, Design Ops
. Create visually compelling representations of the solution's high-level interaction, navigation, and organization design (i.e., concept models).
. Develop visual representations of the organizational structure, hierarchy, and relationships of screens in a site (i.e., site maps).
. Develop visual representations of the interactions between the user and the functional modules in the solution.
. Deep knowledge surrounding customer segments and behaviors across multiple industries.
. Conduct and analyze C-level stakeholder interviews to understand key success factors for a project or pursuit Customer segments and behaviors across multiple industries.
. Practical experience of agile delivery, including running cross-functional squads, overseeing creation of new design direction and/or development and implementation of digital products and services.
. Effectively communicate thought processes and ideas to inspire and lead other squad members to turn these ideas into engaging, intuitive and usable experiences as part of a digital product or service.
. You are comfortable engaging with senior client stakeholders, strategists, designers and technology teams to workshop and define future digital experiences.
. You are comfortable in a highly agile and iterative environment where you translate business concepts into journeys, screen flows and interactions.

Desired Background
. 3+ years of UI/UX design experience for , familiar with design guidelines and processes
. Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Sketch, Figma
. Have good logical thinking, analyzing and problem-solving skills
. Have good communication skills, familiar with user research
. Passion for leveraging design/technology to help solve healthcare issues and improve the lives of both medical professionals and patients.
. A Bachelors in any design field or outstanding design skills.
. full-time experience as UX/interaction designer.
. Strong portfolio of work demonstrating design thinking, design process, and solutions for web and mobile applications.
. Proficient in crafting UX artifacts (e.g. user journeys, wireframes, prototypes) using a variety of UX and design tools (e.g. Figma, Sketch, Invision, Proto.io, Adobe).
. Proficient in undertaking user research, user interviews, concept and usability testing.
