Job Responsibilities
You will be responsible for supporting the business in the performance management and financial analysis for Business Banking Singapore to drive disciplined business growth. Thisincludes performing detailed and in-depth revenue and expense analysis, detailed product profitability analysis including business drivers, funds transfer pricing framework and generation of key drivers’ reports/analysis.
Key responsibilites include:
  • Financial performance management including actuals analysis, forecasting and budgeting, KPI tracking and performance reviews.
  • Analysis of financial business drivers and produce accurate financials forecast using drivers based forecast models
  • Perform product and lending program profitability reporting and analysis.
  • Conduct expense analysis and management
  • Sales performance tracking, productivity analysis and framework.
  • Prepare monthly business review decks with high level analysis of BB Singapore P&L and Balance Sheet performance
  • Participate in adhoc projects as defined by Head of Group Retail Business Finance.
  • Ensure adherence to the bank’s financial reporting and accounting principles and practices

Job Requirements
  • A recognized university degree in Finance/Business or its equivalent. Accounting background preferred.
  • At least 7 years of relevant working experience in management reporting; able to consolidate MIS in clear, actionable and timely manner
  • Proactively automate processes and reports to drive efficiency
  • Familiar with usage of reporting tool such as Hyperion Essbase, Oracle and skilled in Microsoft applications
  • Experience in creation and aligning cost center, GL and product hierarchy
  • Meticulous, analytical and pro-active in solving problems
  • A self-starter who is able to work independently as well as in teams
  • Able to present recommendations with clarity and conviction to meet business goals.
  • Driven and energetic individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of organization
