Diversity & Inclusion Talent Attraction role - SG Based
This role will work closely with divisional recruiters and global HR business partners to match diverse talent to executive positions.
The key responsibilities are to leverage on extensive sourcing and marketing channels to proactively build and maintain a pipeline of senior diverse talent for current and future positions, and to understand career motivations in order to identify potential opportunities ensuring exceptional candidate experience at every stage.
The successful candidate will be degree educated with a strong track record in Talent Acquisition in one or more APAC Markets and a minimum of 10 years experience, mostly spent within the Financial Services/Technology sectors. You will have experience in diversity sourcing or recruiting and demonstrated experience in relationship management with key stakeholders. Fluency in English is a pre-requisite.
