Job description
We are looking for a Wealth and Digital Marketing lead, with experience of working with senior clients. This candidate needs to be data-driven lead, technology savvy. The role is to work within our dynamic regional team on a key global finance client, with the regional team based in Singapore.
This role will cover two key areas of the client's business.
Firstly, leading the global activity in the Wealth space, focusing on growing the Affluent client base across core global markets. This activity will require an understanding of the Affluent client in APAC markets, working closely with the global team to deliver strategic recommendations to deliver long-term growth.
Responsibilities will include working closely with senior regional clients, senior creative agency points of contact, and account leads to plan and execute campaigns and strategic recommendations. You will also be responsible for creating strategic client insight and helping to deliver the insights across the business.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in the finance sector (previous work on Wealth is preferred), have a track record at working with senior client stakeholders, as well as having a good understanding of data and the importance of attribution modelling.   • Developing a deep understanding of client business, focusing on global Wealth targets, and the current and future client base in this space
  • Building strong client relationships with key senior client stakeholders at a regional level, ensuring client needs are met and client satisfaction is high
  • Building excellent relationships with strategic pan-regional media owners and digital partners
  • Work collaboratively with other partner agencies in Singapore on creative and activation, and work closely with local market agency teams
  • Ability to be self-motivated, proactive, and organised across multiple campaign projects with various clients and deadlines
  • Identify opportunities for client growth and revenue potential
  • Developing the global strategic vision from start-to-finish, understanding our clients business needs, translating this into media strategies that deliver goals across offline and online media in key markets
  • Oversee all campaign execution, to ensure best-in-class and innovative media activation, whilst working with creative agencies and other dentsu teams
  • Develop and disseminate throughout the organisation Digital Sales & Marketing toolkits and playbooks drive superior Digital Sales & Marketing initiatives and performance to achieve the desired targets and outcomes
  • Drive data dependencies across markets and work with analytics & segments (Affluent, Retail & Business banking) to develop global / local models to drive digital adoption and sales
  • Create regular tracking on digital campaigns enabling teams to adapt to changes and amend logic for an effective outcome on digital growth

  • Lead and managing multiple junior team members
  • Create development plan for team members, ensuring growth of the wider team
  • Work collaboratively with global team members in local markets, ensuring best practice is being driven across all teams

  • 8-12 years experience in integrated strategic media planning and a good understanding of digital sales & marketing, with a focus on the finance industry
  • Experience in developing and executing regional digital strategies across offline and online media
  • Data-driven, analytical and comfortable with insight platforms.
  • A storyteller who is comfortable creating strategic presentations from scratch and delivering to clients effectively
  • Experienced with Microsoft Office products e.g. Excel and PowerPoint
  • Firm understanding of the regional APAC media landscape and the drive to keep up to date with the latest trends
  • Enthusiastic in seeking out creative solutions to achieve clients business goals and objectives
  • Familiar with the process of creative production and understanding the relationship between creative and media
  • Independent, confident, pro-active and passionate
  • Experience in the financial category is preferred
