. lead and support the onboarding process in document review and account set-up
. ensure process adherence to regulations, guidelines, standards and UBS policies. Maintain in-depth awareness of potential legislative and UBS policy breaches and act to proactively prevent their occurrence
. handle and respond timely to inquiries and escalations from Business Partners
. design and implement improvements to operational processes for overall efficiency and risk reduction
. engage in process improvement project(s) to streamline & automate the front-to-back account opening process by collaborating with stakeholders of all levels across Wealth Management

You'll be working in Singapore Wealth Management Middle Office. This team offers Client Due Diligence Review for new clients, supporting both Singapore and Hong Kong business.

Your expertise
You have:
. 7-10 years of relevant experience in Wealth Management Onboarding, Client Lifecycle Maintenance or related Operations roles. Working knowledge of Hong Kong and/or Singapore regulatory landscape favored
. at least a year of leadership experience
. client focused and motivated to work in partnership with front to back stakeholders to define practical solutions that meets the internal policies and regulatory requirements
. strong risk and control mindset with a structured and logical approach to analysis and problem-solving
. experience in leading and/or implementing process changes & automation
You are:
. client service oriented and enjoys working in a team
. highly motivated with a positive can-do attitude
. effective & clear communicator comfortable in facing different stakeholders at senior levels
. adaptable to a dynamic and changing environment
