Job Description


  • Solid understanding and hands-on development experiences on Report Writer, Calculated Fields, Document Transformation and Core Connector.
  • Well-versed knowledge requires in Integration design, development, implementation, and maintenance with good experiences on EIB, Workday Studio Programmability.
  • Complete knowledge of XML standards and experience in their application (for example, XML Schema, XSLT, XPATH, STX, DOM, SAX, JSON, and similar technologies).
  • Experience in RESTFUL, SOAP Web Services is needed.
  • Workday Extend experience is added on advantage.
  • You’re passionate about learning new technologies and applying to your job.
  • Experience with Agile development practices is an advantage
  • Good understanding of the workday security model.
  • You excel at collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver a great user experience
  • You love working with smart accountable people and want to be part of a team

  • Join the Agile team and actively participate in all agile activities including standups, planning, validations, reviews etc.
  • Analyze the Business use cases, provide solutions and work with Business/Designers/Architects
  • Develop/Maintain applications in various technologies with a dedication to customer satisfaction
  • Ensure Software artifacts are Unit/Integration/Performance tested
  • Be prepared to learn any new technologies that could be used to deliver Business solutions.
Technical Skills
  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related subjects.
  • 8+ years of professional experience in enterprise applications developments, such as ERP systems, HR applications, Data Integration tools/processes, BI reporting, or financial analytical applications.
  • 3+ years of experience required in the Workday platform as Integration Programmer cum Analyst.
  • Solid understanding of Integration knowledge along with Workday Studio programmability.
  • Experiences in analyzing, modeling, designing HR business solutions such as Human Capital
  • Management, Benefits, Payroll, and Compensation.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel formulas, pivot tables are desirable.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience in developing functionally applicable unit tests and adopting Continuous Integration processes
