Your Role

You will be a creative thinker who is detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys problem solving. You possess outstanding client relationship, project leadership, and persuasive communication skills. You will be responsible for leading teams to deliver consulting projects across a broad range of services, including workplace and experience strategy, real estate portfolio strategy and change management.

You will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, open, collaborative environment and be able to prioritize tasks, for yourself and others, across multiple projects in different phases of completion.


What You Will Do

  • Plan and perform user research and data collection activities
  • Direct the information design of data and findings for client workshops, presentations and reports
  • Synthesize information to determine the impact on space supply and occupancy demand, business goals, organizational culture, and performance criteria for work spaces
  • Develop creative design concepts that illustrate options of how organizations can be supported through performance enhancing workplace strategies
  • Develop compelling communications that help clients to visualize and understand the benefits and implications of our strategies and recommendations
  • Lead project work, including directing the work of junior colleagues, with guidance from Project Directors Partner with Project Managers who, in turn, manage day-to-day operations for projects including staffing, fee tracking and forecasting, and client meetings
  • Develop proposals, including process, scope, and compensation
  • Grow existing client relationships

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or relevant field and minimum 7+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Experience and/or background in social science or business is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and entrepreneurial
  • Strong graphic and persuasive writing skills
  • Familiarity with research methodologies and processes
  • Interest in user research, design strategy and space programming
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign required)
  • Familiarity with Qualtrics and website development software/language is a plus
